Rules and Guidelines

Hey, everyone! Welcome to The Bearville Den, a fun and safe place for all Bearville™ Fans! Here at The Bearville Den (TBD) we want to make sure you are safe, and have fun. To ensure this, we have two main admin staff, myself (Ellie) and Clare. The Bearville Den is recommended for people the age of five and up, as you need to be able to understand the rules and how the forum works.

Please read the following rules and make sure you understand them. If you have any questions, please contact Clare or Ellie, and we will be more than happy to help you. Please realize that if you break any of these rules, you may be banned for a period of time.

Topics that are not discussed here include:
- Politics
- Religion
- Dating
- Nudity
- Swearing
- Blackmail
- Weapons
- Facebook/Youtube/Any other social networking sites
- Outside links

If you see any other subject that above that you think is inappropriate then immediately tell an Administrator.
Referring of sites is not allowed, so if you find any of it, even in a PM, please report it to an Admin Staff.

Please do not spam. For those of you who do not know what spamming is, it's when you post over and over again, with simple words, or even posts with "aowegheigjeworgjegep". You will be warned if you spam. Spam also includes information that is irrelevant to the forum or forum topic.

Please do not post YouTube videos on the forum. They are irrelevant to BABV, and take up a lot of space on the forum.

We have Warnings here for when you break the rules. The Administration team will be able to give you warnings. If you get three warnings, you will have a 1 week ban. If you then get another three warnings, you will have a 2 week ban.

You are not allowed to post any personal information. If you do, it is an automatic 1 month ban.

Personal information includes:
- Cities
- Phone Numbers
- Addresses
- Names
- Pictures of People (Celebrities are allowed)
- Account details (Passwords)
- Email Addresses

Please do not advertise outside external websites on thebearvilleden.com without the Administrators permission. Hotmail, AOL, Yahoo, Facebook, Twitter - any social networking site is also not allowed.

TheBearvilleDen does NOT allow members to make extra accounts here, especially if they fake to be someone else. Only the staff (Clare and I) are allowed to, as we are the owners of the site, and may need an extra account in case we cannot access our original accounts. If we catch you making another account you will be banned from TheBearvilleDen for a month. This goes for Celebrity impersionation accounts such as Cybearguides, SheaMegale, CholeRocks, MaxineCEB, ItzelSinger, MiguelSunshine - but if we catch you on a fake celebrity account the consequences will be very serious.

If you have any questions concerning this site, or about your child's safety, please feel free to contact either Clare or I (Ellie) via PM messaging on your child's account. If you would like anything to be disabled on your child's account, do not hesitate to send me a message.
